The film opens with a naked man and woman kissing on a bed. In a distant shot, the side of her breast, & nipple can be barely be seen (even on a giant screen) for a couple seconds. Then her bare back, and the man is covered with a sheet below the waist.
Sex is implied several times between several characters, mostly for reproduction.
Two male characters lay on a bed and kiss for several seconds.
A student and a teacher are revealed to have a romantic relationship.

A brief scene where a bunk door is opened from the inside during a nuclear apocalypse, making the whole place catch fire. No bodies shown.

A character dies of brain aneurism. The scene is brief, as he is only seen falling down. The disturbing part is that since the group in the bunk ran out of food, they ate his body afterwards. Not graphic at all, just disturbing.
The whole scenario created by the film (that of being one of the only survivors of a nuclear apocalypse, having to choose who you'd save in a situation like that, etc.) might be intense for some viewers.
