We hear Victor's voice as Anne turns her head away. We then see a hand touch his face and hear him scream.
An album contains photographs of dead adults and children. These are real photographs.
A woman sees that an old woman is inhabiting the body of her daughter. This scene is probably the scariest in the whole movie.
A woman goes into a room filled with sheet-covered furniture, becomes spooked and reacts wildly.
The mother realized that she went crazy and smothered her children to death, then shot herself. They have been ghosts the whole time, and "the intruders" were actually living people.
