nudity Some kissing. A man says to his wife:"you are so sexy for white house". Abortion and pregnancy is one of the film's themes.
violence 7/10 A woman hangs herself from a building in front of a large crowd, whilst telling a child that she is doing it for him. We see the hanging in full detail, very disturbing. A man is killed after being impaled by a large metal rod. We see the rod spear him through the neck and come out his back. No blood or gore, but disturbing. A woman falls from a balcony. We see blood drip from her mouth and her arm is clearly broken. She survives, however. A woman is pushed out a high window. She falls onto a car and crashes through the roof. We hear that she died. We see two skeletons. One is the remains of a jackal and the other is a newborn. The latter has a hole in its skull, implying it's been bludgeoned to death. Two men are attacked by dogs. We see the dog biting and pulling at them. Some blood can be seen on their clothing. Both men survive. A man tries to climb an spiked iron fence but slips and impales his arm on a spike. We see the spike come through his jacket and there is blood. A man is hit in the neck with a pane of glass and decapitated. We see his head separate from his body, and spin into the air in slow motion; almost no blood is shown, but the act itself is very clear. A woman is stabbed in the neck with two skewers. Very little blood, but one skewer can be seen stretching the skin as she tried to pull it free. A man threatens to stab a young child, however he is shot by police (off-screen) before this can be done.
profanity Some mild language but nothing graphic.
alcohol Mild consumption of alcohol and some smoking. We hear that a man was riddled with cancer and had been taking high doses of morphine to manage the pain.
frightening All the scenes in the Violence/Gore category are very intense and disturbing. The soundtrack is very scary. Overall, the film has a creepy and unsettling atmosphere. Suggested Revised MPAA Rating: PG-13 for terror, intense horror violence, and some disturbing images.
