Movie Parental Guide

nudity A naked woman is riding a man from top. Her buttocks are visible and she is thrusting into the man. Later the man gets on top of her and kisses her between her breasts. The erection in her nipple is visible. A man is changing clothes in front of a naked woman and his buttocks is shown. The woman's breasts and pubic hairs are exposed but the camera is at a distance. A couple is overheard having sex; load moaning and kinky dialogue (e.g. "choke me") can be heard.
profanity F-bomb used 42 times. Occasional swearing expressed as in A-hole, G-damn, etc. No profanity is used regarding the human body parts, however.
alcohol People seen drinking alcohol and smoking.
frightening The entire movie is about two soldiers who tell the next of kin that their loved one has died. The scenes with the families are very intense and hard to watch. A non-English speaking man becomes hysterical and screams at the men, as does a mother and her pregnant daughter-in-law. A father vomits when he finds out his son has died. The scenes are very realistic and are filmed in unbroken, single-shot takes. Captain Stone's breakdown at the end of the film is unexpected and very sad Rated R for: Nudity, Adult Language, Adult Content.(Showtime advisory)
