nudity The storyline is centered around a woman that wants a baby, so she is artificially inseminated. Early in the film, Zoe asks her boyfriend to be her "baby daddy". He says that he wants to sleep with hundreds of other girls before he thinks of doing something as "idiotic" as having kids. A little boy (about four years old) comes up to his father, sits on his lap, and opens his fist to reveal a turd. He says that it is not his. The father gets upset at him for "playing with other kids' poop". Many sexual references. In one scene, Zoe and Stan begin making out, and she begins to moan, apparently having an orgasm. They then proceed to sex rather quickly. After Stan remarks that she had 3 or 4 orgasms. Zoe and Stan are seen getting intimate in bed more than once. A woman is shown giving birth in an inflatable pool. She wants to see what is happening, so she is given a mirror, and we see the baby's head emerging from her vagina. A man says "vagina" to another man several times in a row. Blood is seen twice on the stick that a doctor inserts in Zoe's cervix when she goes in for an ultrasound. Zoe wears dresses/skirts that reveal her breasts and legs. In one scene Zoe is looking at herself in a mirror, as Stan walks in it shows a full side shot of her nude body and then shows her full buttocks. This scene is only for a few seconds.
violence There are a few scenes that depict women in labor, screaming loudly. Some blood is seen during a pregnant woman's cervix exam in a doctor's office.
profanity One use of the F-word, and some other mild language, including b*tch and sh*t.
alcohol Champagne is pouring in two scenes, but is consumed in one scene, but they are both in celebratory manners; one an engagement announcement, and another a baby shower-esque party.
frightening The birth scene for the single mother, despite its comical atmosphere and appearance, is rather intense. Some arguing between couples.
