Susan is surprisingly adept at being a spy, and successfully defends herself multiple times throughout such as snapping necks, breaking bones, and killing multiple minor villains.
Susan stabs one of De Luca's goons with a knife. He falls and is impaled by rebar. We see it sticking out of him as blood comes out. Susan then vomits on him and has a knife impaling the corpse's heart by her for comedic effect.
A man puts poison into Rayna's drink. He is eventually asked to drink it, melting away his throat. May be very disturbing to some viewers.
Lia, one of De Luca's associates, gets a kitchen knife through her hand by Susan. We see her pull the knife out of her hand painfully (not depicted in the international version). She is then killed by another knife thrown at her by Fine. (No blood is depicted in the International version)
