| nudity | When Shrek threatens a guard with the promise of "smacked bottom" (as in behavioural correction) the guard indicates he'd enjoy that before regaining his composure. Played for laughs. Fiona's dress reveals a little cleavage and during a dance routine she goes full Bucks Fizz with the bottom of her dress being removed, but this isn't tasteless. The whole show has a camp overtone. The Wicked Witch and the Fairy Godmother's costumes all show an extensive amount of cleavage. Donkey sings a song about "making a move" A dragon makes several sexual-like ways to make a Donkey Pot Pie. She says: "I'm gonna squeeze you, I'm gonna tease you, I'm gonna please you my Donkey Pot Pie". Shrek and Fiona kiss a few times. |
| violence | No actual violence, but a guard threatens the fairy tale creatures with beheading if they return to Duloc. Farquaad gets eaten by the dragon. Not graphic. Some steam goes up and he dissapears. |
