nudity 2/10 Some passionate kissing scenes. A man sees a woman in a girdle. (Nothing sexual) A man states that he might open a saloon with dancing girls and says "Maybe I'll get me some." Near the end of the film there is a horse with a large erect penis, it is in the background, but fully visible and hard not to see.
violence 6/10 Bloody and extended shootout takes place at the end of the film, where many characters are shot (Blood spurts from their wounds). A man is shot in the head (We see the bullet hole in his forehead and some blood). We see the dead body of a dog. A man is said to have his arm broken. A character is found dead, another wounded. Men carry and brandish guns throughout the course of the film. Two men threaten a group of other men, forcing them to take off their pants as they hold them at gunpoint (One man beats another repeatedly with a rifle). A man is struck in the head with a mug of beer. A man is struck on the forehead with the butt of a handgun.
profanity 5/10 Mainly some mild expletives; brief scatalogical terms. Two s-words. One direct curse of God; calling Him a son of a b---h. Two instances of G--d--mn early in the movie. One use of "peckers".

The movie does not glorify drinking, no characters are shown to be drunk after drinking alcohol. Several characters are incapacitated with chloroform.
