A gagged nude woman has chains around her ankles and wrists; she is hanging upside down while another nude woman lies beneath her in a bathtub. The woman in the bathtub picks up a scythe and drags the blade across her skin while she begs for her life. The woman in the bathtub begins to make deep slashes on the hanging woman's back (blood sprays on her and the bathtub). She then slashes the dangling woman's throat; she is sprayed with blood and massages her nude body with it.
A woman chases a boy who has stolen her purse; she trips in the woods, another woman approaches her, cuts her head off, and a group of boys play soccer with the woman's head (blood is spurting from the neck wound and blood on the neck of the severed head).
In a dream, a man stabs another man in the chest, pulls the knife down his abdomen opening him up and pulling out an organ (the man screams as an organ is pulled out).
A woman cuts off a man's penis and throws it to a dog, which eats it.
