Besides a man slashing his throat, a lady coughing up a huge red cloud, and one slaughter scene that goes on for 1-2 minutes, most of the other heavy gory violence is quick and brief flashes. One gory instance is where a man gets his head, both legs, and one hand cut off at the same time, with blood spraying everywhere. There's a bunch of typical other action violence.
