An airplane starts shaking violently after take off and several explosions tear a hole in its side, causing people to be sucked out of the plane and thrown around the cabin; blood splatters on a wall and fire bursts through the airplane, causing a teen boy's face to melt.
A shard of glass flies into a woman's throat and when it's pulled out blood is on the woman's neck, hand, and clothes, and drips on the floor. A knife falls into the woman's chest and is driven deeper when a chair falls onto the handle. A teen boy walks into the house, sees blood all over the floor, then takes the bloody knife out of the woman's chest. The house then explodes after the teen boy leaves.
A piece of metal flies through the air and cuts off most of a teen boy's head; the head falls and rolls on the ground, the body then falls to the ground (the bloody neck stump is visible).
A teen boy is strangled after falling onto a clothesline that breaks at one end and wraps around the teen boy's neck.
A teen girl is hit by a speeding bus, causing blood to splatter on several people standing nearby.
A teen boy grabs a live power line and is briefly electrocuted (the teen boy is knocked unconscious and is then shown on the ground with charred hands).
A teen boy is hit by a marquee.
A teen boy drives recklessly and stops on some train tracks. The signals go off and a train approaches. Several other people in the car with the teen boy get out, but the teen boy stays in the car. Another teen boy convinces him to get out. He unsuccessfully tries to back out, then tries to get out, but the door is jammed. Another teen boy pulls him out when the train plows into the car.
Two people break into a funeral home to see a deceased teen boy (who is lying on the table with shallow cuts on his neck and a bloody suction hose coming out of his shoulder). The body jerks suddenly, causing the two people to jump. A man then comes in and talks about death while working on the body, pulling the suction hose out (some blood and lymph fluid squirt out).
