nudity Suggested MPAA rating: R for strong graphic war violence, a scene of sexuality, and some disturbing images A woman's bare buttocks is completely seen from a critical angle when the woman is removing her pants, and the scene lasts a fairly long time. A couple has sex. The man thrusts on top of the woman and she moans, but they are having sex under a blanket and we can only see their shoulders up. The woman is shown opening the man's pants and puts her hand in that. Her hand is shown to be rubbing man's penis though no nudity is seen but you can see her doing that with his clothes on.
violence 9/10 Generally, the violence depicted in this film is vivid. A German officer is shot in the head while showering. Blood and brain matter are visible. The main enemy, Konig, is graphically shot in the eye. Lots of blood. Many other people are shot in the head, with bloody results. A young boy's hanged body is visible several times. Can be very disturbing. A man is shot in the hand. His bloody bullet wound is seen up close. A large amount of Russian soldiers charge at the Germans. The majority of them are shot and killed, and when the survivors retreat they are shot by their own comrades. Their corpses are later shot at by German soldiers. When the Russians cross the river, they are bombed by the Germans. Gruesome body parts and severed limbs are visible in the water. Several soldiers try to escape, and are brutally and graphically shot by their commander.
profanity 1 f-word is used
alcohol Russians drink and smoke to keep themselves warm.
frightening Sniper scenes are tense, but most teenagers could probobly handle them without a problem. In the last 15 mins, you see a boy hung throughout; most of scenes in the backrounds, when first seen, it could be quite disturbing for some, viewers, because of the pure reality of the scene.
