A fully clothed Katheryn WInnick is tied to a bed.
violence In the opening scene, a teenage girl is forced to choose between killing her mother or her father, who are both tied to a bed. If she does not make the choice within 60 seconds, they will both die. The father insists she chooses him. The killer places a knife on his chest and instructs the girl to kill him herself. She does this, and blood is seen splattering onto her mother. A man is forced to choose between losing his ears or losing his fingers. The killer forcibly grabs his hand, and places a blade near his thumb. The screen blacks out, and screaming is heard. The crime scene is shown later, with all of his severed fingers. He lives. A woman is forced to choose either beauty or eyesight. She doesn't choose and just runs, so he follows her with a flamethrower and burns her to death and tortures her. Later pop ups of the burnt off face appear on someones computer A young boy snaps a dogs neck, this is quite disturbing have hearing the whimper and snap. A man gets his head shot off in a car, blood splatters on the window shield. A man gets beat up harshly near the end of the movie.
