While this is partial nudity in this film, there are no sex scenes at all.
There is a deleted scene with some nudity.
*In a dream sequence, a nurse seduces a teenage boy. She flirts with him, undresses (down to to thong bottoms, topless), and then straddles and kisses him. Her breast are visible for the whole scene, and her butt is partially visible too. The boy is fully clothed. [This scene is the most inappropriate scene throughout the whole movie.]

Freddy slices a teenager's wrists; blood is streaked across a mirror, and streams down her arm.
Freddy's powers slices a teenager's arms open and pulls out their veins (onscreen, very graphic), turning them into a human puppet. This is probably the most gruesome scene of the film, but since it is done in shadow it is hard to see.
The same person is forced out a window by Freddy. No blood shown, as the impact is offscreen.
A teenager's head is smashed through a TV, no blood, but very disturbing.
Freddy, in the form of a giant snake, attempts to eat a teenager, before a woman stabs him in the eye with a piece of glass. Not explicit.
A young teenager is stabbed by Freddy.
A teenager's arm has drug needle scars open up like mouths, which open and close.
A teenager is killed by heroin overdose, their veins are seen through their skin, which is blue (Creepy).
A young teenager is hit by a knife cover wheelchair.
A person is hit with a shovel, breaking his arm.
*A young teenager is tied up with Freddy's tongues.
A person is thrown onto the fin of a car, piercing their chest. Little blood is shown.
Nancy hugs her father, only to have him transform into Freddy and stabs her in the chest. Bloody.

The entire film is fairly dark, and has a grim tone to it; however, it is also fairly comical.
The scene where the nurse turns evil might also disturb some viewers due of her face.
There are many weird dream-images throughout this film, such as strange monsters and living objects.
Freddy's face may scare some viewers.
