There is a scene in the film where a mine collapses and the miners are trying to escape. This intense sequence is about five minutes long and conveys a sense of danger as the miners can be seen trying to escape before the entire mine collapses on them. There are also scenes where the trapped miners cope with their fears and resolve conflicts among themselves, breaking into fist fights in some instances, but with no violent details visible.
Miners are seen starving to death, many fall ill and the situation is very bleak
