| frightening | Throughout the movie, women with facial deformations are shown on screen non-stop. However this is more emotionally disturbing then actually disturbing (young children may find it frightening, though). Even though this movie is not very violent in itself, this is still a heavy movie, and I would not recommend it for children. The descriptions, and just the idea of acid attacks are very emotionally unsettling, and I would most likely recommend this for ages twelve and up. |
