nudity Sex is implied Harriet and Robert. We see them kissing and caressing against a wall briefly before they fall to the floor, and the next morning, we see them in bed together. Another scene doesn't imply sex, but we do see Harriet slip off her pants and slide into bed next to Robert (we don't see any nudity). Fred and Mary are seen just finishing sex, we see them from the shoulders up as Fred moans and climaxes on top of his wife. "That should do you for a while," Mary remarks. A pop singer is seen on stage in underwear. Sexual dialogue is present throughout the script, none of it extremely graphic.
violence A terrorist tries to assassinate the sheikh via handgun. Before the gun is fired, Fred whips the man in the face with his fishing pole and hook, snatching the gun away. We briefly see blood on the man's face. A second attempt shows the assassins taking over the dam, snapping one of the guards necks and throwing him into the water, then opening the floodgates. One person drowns offscreen, and we see their body covered by a sheet.
profanity The film's harshest profanity comes courtesy of Mrs. Maxwell admonishing her sullen adolescent son, "I'm not one of your bches. I'm your fing mother." Elsewhere, Fred angrily makes a suggestion involving someone's "a" and a "meter ruler." It's not the only time we hear "a." Other foul words includes about a dozen misuses of God's name (including one paired with "dn"), two abuses of Jesus' name, close to 15 uses of "bloody," and a handful each of "btard," "h" and "dmit." Someone blurts out "b-llocks."
alcohol Bridget smokes. Several scenes involve wine or champagne. A humorous interchange between Fred and Harriet finds him outlining his personal rules for drinking: never on weekdays, and only after 7 p.m. on weekends.
frightening A flash flood and an assassination attempt
