At 1:18 into the movie there is a very brief sex scene that lasts about 10 seconds but you can see a women's bare breast during the scene for a few seconds.

At 00:27 into the movie there is a scene where 3 men are trying to get information from another man and they use a meat tenderizing hammer to smash the mans fingers and hands several times and they show the hands full of blood. The scene is very intense.

The violent scene detailed above in Violence & Gore is pretty intense and it lasts a couple minutes.
Aside from that scene the rest of the movie is pretty mild... in fact this is the most mild rater R movie I've ever seen.... if it wasn't for that one scene and the brief nudity the movie would likely be rated PG.
