'Hell' is the name of the hero of the story. He's a prisoner of the women who now run the USA after a nuclear/biological war. Results of the war are that mutants have evolved, and the human race is in danger of extinction due to infertility. Hell is given the task of helping in the rescue of a group of fertile women from the harem of the mutant leader (resembling a frog). Hell cannot escape since he has a bomb attached to his private parts which will detonate if he strays more than a few hundred yards from his guard.
A woman strips off her clothes to go nude, but only her breasts are seen. She and a man rub against on another.
Later that same man attempts to have sex with a different girl, but the scene cuts before we see anything.
A woman is seen in skimpy/revealing clothing for most of the movie; sometimes she dances seductivley.
A frog woman attempts to have sex with a man; this scene is for comical affect.

The violence is realativley mild, consisting mostly of the frog people getting shot up or stabbed with little or no blood.

Not really. In fact, this would be a suitable film for families if the sexual content and crude humor was cut back.
A scene in which a frog attempts to chainsaw a mans crotch may be distressing for certain viewers.
