Several sexual conversations. They range from mild to sort of explicit, but they don't seem worse than conversations a middle schooler would have with his friends.The films dialogue is definitely not as bad as it sounds but it can still be rather inappropriate so it depends on your child's maturity

There's a fight scene between the two main characters in the climax; one grabs the other by throat and attempts to strangle him, while the other fights back and hits the other with a baguette. They are then seen wrestling on the floor thereafter but no one is seriously injured. Ends quickly and intended for laughs.
